My name is Dr. Rebecca Adut Dau.  A daughter of  two nations, Kenya and South Sudan.

The Department of Pharmacy produced the 66th University of Nairobi  Valedictorian - Dr. Rebecca Adut Dau.

Nairobi University Pharmacy Students Associated (NUPSA) took part in World Antimicrobial Awareness activities, to spread the message against misuse of Antibiotics to reduce Antimicrobial Resistance.

The department of Pharmacy conducted a second session of training for practicing pharmacists on Vaccine and immunization in collaboration with Kansas University

The Department of Pharmacy conducted the vaccine and immunization in the training in the Month of July 2021, the session included online modules and  later held the practical session in the department of pharmacy. The training included Bachelor of Pharmacy students and practicing pharmacists.

The training was held in collaboration with University of Kansas

To commemorate World Hypertension Awareness day, held on May 17th each year, NUPSA, SOP in Partnership with Kenya Cardiac Society, Hospital Pharmacists Association of Kenya and Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya will held a webinar to debunk the Myths and Misconceptions that surround the diagnosis and management of Hypertension.

School of Pharmacy (CHS) Dean, Dr. Kipruto A. Sinei led staff in a drive to plant  trees at the School of Pharmacy on 18th May, 2021.

According to Peter Karuga, Equity Bank’s Business Growth and Development Manager, the bank plans to plant 35 million trees countrywide in support of the government's agenda to increase the national tree cover to 10% by 2022.
